Information security is especially crucial for XX Procuratorate as a governmental agency, of which any compromise in information security will cause severe and irreversible losses for the country and the people. As printing is especially important for information security, network isolation and full monitoring and management of printing equipment is necessary.
II. Background and Status Quo
Currently there are about 80 units of printing equipment without printing system management, oftentimes leaving printed files especially critical ones unclaimed. There is no centralized platform monitoring of all devices, causing severe waste of resources and making monitoring and tracing impossible for print data streams.
